Game Doesnt Work

Still not fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its been weeks and no response!!!! What has happened? I just dont understand how you can make someone pay for a broken game?

Its been months and still not working. I am using iPad 3 and dont have iOS 7. Its been broken long before iOS 7 came out, so that is not the problem.
